Serie KD - Vacuum Pumps

KD-14000 are water cooled vacuum pumps with gearbox at 540 or 1000 rpm for cardan drive (DIN 9611 1"3/8). These pumps are ready for hydraulic drive as well.

These kind of water cooled vacuum pumps are designed to be installed in big volume tankers or any kind of application where vacuum and pressure phase are longer than usual.

KD-14.000 are available in two versions with gearbox, at 540 or 1000 rpm.

KD-14.000 Model

Steel-like

In the same way as the KD Serie, KD-14000 rotor and body are made of steel-like, three times more resistant than usual cast iron.

Oil Pump

All the KD-14000 are equipped with one oil pump to guarantee the lubrication at vacuum and pressure phase.

Water pump

KD-14000 are equipped with one water pump connected to the rotor for impulsion of the cooling.

Hydraulic change over

As one option it is possible to install one hydraulic change over instead of the handle. Also available on all the KD Pumps.

Double outlet

It is possible to supply the pumps with one double outlet which separates vacuum and pressure pipes in order to install a pneumatic mixer in the tank. Also available for all the KD Pumps.
